Reusable chemical protective suit for poultry factory workers

The suit consists of a straight-cut jacket with a hood and trousers with an elastic waistband and elastic strap straps. The suit has a special anatomical cut that takes into account the amplitude of the worker's movements - so that the movements are easy and they are not hindered by clothing details.
The jacket is equipped with a two-way zipper and two windproof strips on it, to completely prevent liquid from entering the inside of the suit.
The bottom of the trousers has a width adjustment with buttons or an elastic band with a fastener.

The suit provides reliable protection against: water, high-concentration chemical toxic substances, infectious agents, biologically hazardous particles and from contamination by solid radioactive aerosol particles and chemically toxic aggressive substances dispersed in the air. It has antistatic properties.

The temperature range of use is from - 60 º C to + 70 º C.

The warranty period is 10 years.

Unique properties of the material:
- extremely high resistance to aggressive chemicals
- subject to repeated disinfection (at least 30 cycles)
- withstands disinfection with chlorine-containing agents
- the possibility of fungi and bacteria developing on the surface is excluded
- suitable for use at temperatures up to minus 60 °C
At the same time:
- the material is light (unlike PVC), durable, wear-resistant
- clothing does not lose its marketable appearance
- seams remain sealed
- the material does not "tan" at low temperatures and does not constrain movements
- the material and clothing retain all their protective properties
- does not contain substances prohibited for use in the food industry
- the material has thermal insulation properties

The suit is reusable: subject to repeated disinfection (at least 30 times) with chlorine-containing or alcohol-containing disinfectants. Each subsequent use of the overalls is allowed only if the surface of the material and seams are not damaged.

Areas of use of the suit: poultry farms, meat processing plants, animal breeding farms, slaughterhouses and fish processing enterprises, medical enterprises, and SES units.
