In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the exchange and return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the day of purchase, provided that the goods are fully assembled, there are no damages and traces of use.

The exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality (with a factory defect) is carried out at the expense of the seller within 14 days from the day of purchase, provided that the goods are fully assembled, there are no damages and traces of use.

Returns, exchanges or delivery to the seller are made by the principal
by the postal operator of the buyer's country to the seller's address:

Refunds are made after receiving the goods according to the details specified by the buyer during the return.
